"One of these exercises requires [you] to lean your head back on a firm surface. You should then extend your tongue out as far as it will go. In your mind, count to ten. Once you have reached ten, you will need to move your tongue back into your mouth slowly."
"With your mouth closed tightly, and while sitting straight up in a chair, drop your head to your chest. Slowly lift your head and slowly tilt it backwards as far as it will go. You should feel the neck muscles and throat muscles working and tightening. You will want to do a few repetitions to start and then increase them every week. "
